Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Please note that re-selling and/or re-distributing any of our digital download products is strictly prohibited.

Shipping And Handling

Shipping is included in all prices to 1 UK mainland address on all orders.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally send your order to you in 3 to 7 business days, depending on the nature of the item ordered. Please note: on CD & DVD replication orders the standard turnaround is 10-15 working days, in busy periods (or for complex orders) this sometimes can go up to 20 working days.

Back Orders

If materials to manufacture your item are not in stock, we will order them for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. You will not be able to cancel your order once your materials have been ordered from our suppliers. Please be advised that you will not be able to modify artwork and/or cancel orders and/or request a refund once the printing of your goods has commenced.

Tax Charges

No VAT is chargeable on orders at The Little Bazaar: what you see is what you pay. For exports outside the EU, taxes may be imposed by the authorities at the border and goods may be inspected.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption on an external SSL server. They are only decrypted after they reach our supplier's server (Google or PayPal). They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We guarantee your satisfaction. In the rare eventuality of a complaint, we will deal with it promptly.

Privacy Policy

The Little Bazaar do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

Returns Policy

We will accept returns for defective and/or damaged goods only. Please note, we will not accept returns and/or issue refunds on digital download items (ie. templates, etc) as they are shipped automatically immediatly after purchase. In some circumstances, refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management.

Please note: The Little Bazaar will not accept responsibility in the eventuality you approve a design proof that contains errors. Any printing carried out following proof approval will not be replaced free of charge. PLEASE ENSURE YOU INSPECT YOUR PROOFS THOROUGHLY.

Please note: If you place a printing order & your artwork is found to be unsuitable for printing (for example: the bleed area is missing) The Little Bazaar will try & fix the artwork for you at no extra cost. However, if you decide to cancel the printing order once you are provided (via email or download link) with the fixed artwork, you will be charged for the work carried out on your designs. Charges can vary (between £10 & £25) depending on the kind of work needed to fix your artwork, the aforementioned amount will be deducted from your existing payment at the time of refund.

Finally, please note that The Little Bazaar does not offer free graphic design services.
