The Ordering Process:

First get an up-to-date quote for CD Replication using our instant quote calculator (which you can find here: www.littlebazaar.co.uk/cd-dvd-prices-quote-calculator).

Delivery charges vary depending on weight, number of boxes and post code/destination country. Full payment and materials must be sent and approved before the work can begin.

When you have a quote that you are happy with, read the terms and conditions carefully. Copy the quote number from the email you receive and paste it into our online order form (which you can find here: www.littlebazaar.co.uk/online-order-form.php).

Follow the order form through it's various stages, taking care to read all the instructions carefully.

Print out either the confirmation screen or the confirmation email and send it to us with your material for replication, artwork (if not already emailed) and full payment (see below for payment options).

Mastering:

It is highly recommended that if your disc content contains music, it be properly mastered before going ahead with duplication or replication. We can master your music, if you wish, from £19 per track. Use our quote calculator for an exact quote.

Proofs:

IMPORTANT: The Little Bazaar strongly recommend you purchase a print proof, as colours on a monitor are often very different from CMYK print colours. Please contact us to get a quote on proofing.
Please note that if you decide not to purchase a proof, The Little Bazaar will NOT accept responsibility for any mismatch from your print expectations.

Artwork and Templates:

You can download the artwork templates from www.littlebazaar.co.uk/artwork, where you will also find tutorials on how to set up your artwork.

All artwork must be sent either on a CD or emailed as a single ZIP file (we do not accept artwork sent as multiple files unless they are zipped up as one file first). If any changes are made, all the artwork files must be sent again in their entirety.

Designs must conform to our templates otherwise a £25 artwork setup fee will be added to your bill. A £25 colour/pantone setup fee will be chargeable to set up the artwork ready for production. If you want us to design your artwork for you from scratch, this will be charged at our design rate of £12.50 per hour.

Copyrighted Material

You must have the relevant permission (or notification of “no claim”) from the MCPS before your order can commence. We are legally obligated to retain a copy of this permission before we can deliver your discs. Contact us or visit http://www.prsformusic.com/Pages/Rights.aspx if you need any help with this. Note that this is your legal responsibility. Failure to supply us with a valid MCPS certificate or IRMA form will result in your product being withheld by us. No refund can be given in this instance.

Please note that as a general rule we refuse to accept any production orders with doubtful or dubious copyright status.

For all orders, you will have to fill out an individual declaration form to confirm that you have the relevant permission to manufacture the discs. You can download it here: www.littlebazaar.co.uk/media/IRMA.pdf.

Payment:

You can pay by any of the following methods:

-Cheque (made payable to "The Little Bazaar").
-Postal Order.
-Bank Transfer (details given on request).
-Credit/Debit Card (online only).

If you wish to pay by card, let us know and we will email you an electronic invoice (make sure your email account will not reject this type of email). This invoice will contain a link to a secure card payment server, where you can enter your details.
